Municipal Disaster Consultants, Inc. (MDC) provides consulting services to assist communities in the aftermath of a disaster. By providing FEMA program experience, insurance expertise and construction knowledge, we help our clients recover and rebuild. In New York State, MDC secured FEMA Public Assistance funding for the Towns of Lodi, Covert and Ovid helping them rebuild after sudden floods caused millions of dollars of infrastructure damage.
In West Virginia MDC helped a local Business Development Authority secure FEMA funds to rebuild miles of flood damaged rail corridor that is an important component of their economic development recovery plan.
In Texas MDC has helped local Authorities conduct FEMA project closeouts and preserved significant funds that can be used for future mitigation efforts.
MDC continues to provide consulting services to several private not-for-profit agencies to help them navigate the FEMA grant process and secure reimbursements for costs related to Covid-19 pandemic.
